PURCHASER ELIGIBILITY

The Cinnamon Hill checkout is intended for adults who are legally able to make purchases.

If a product is purchased for a child, the purchase must be made or authorized by a parent, legal guardian, educator, or other responsible adult.

DIGITAL PRODUCT

Cinnamon Hill: Let’s Do Lunch — Digital Edition is a copyrighted digital story cookbook. It contains an original story, recipes, illustrations, photographs, educational material, and related creative content.

A purchase provides access to the digital edition described on the sales and checkout pages. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the digital edition for personal, noncommercial use.

You may not:

• Resell, reproduce, upload, publish, or redistribute the digital edition
• Share the complete digital file publicly or through file-sharing services
• Remove copyright, trademark, credit, or ownership notices
• Alter the work and distribute the altered version
• Use the product commercially without written permission
• Use a personal copy as an institutional, classroom-wide, organizational, or public-distribution license

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown during checkout and may change for future purchases.

You authorize the payment provider to charge the total displayed in your Order Summary when you submit your order. Applicable taxes or other authorized charges will be displayed before the transaction is completed.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

The digital edition and purchase information will be delivered electronically to the email address entered during checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered-email folders.

DEVICE AND SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY

You are responsible for using a compatible device, application, internet connection, and software capable of opening or displaying the digital product.

If the delivered file is defective or cannot be opened on an ordinarily compatible device, contact us so we can attempt to correct the problem or provide a replacement file.

DIGITAL-PRODUCT REFUNDS

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final after access or delivery has been provided.

Please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same intended purchase
• You did not receive the purchased product
• The delivered file is defective or unusable
• The wrong product was delivered
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We work to keep our website and digital-delivery services available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary. If a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid product, contact us for assistance.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

Film Raconteur LLC is not responsible for losses caused by incompatible devices, customer-provided incorrect information, unauthorized sharing, failure to follow food-safety guidance, undisclosed allergies, altered third-party ingredients, or events outside our reasonable control.
